From The Mangement

CMMI is a software based certification process, which measures the capability of a company to deliver a quality product. BbyB has taken the decision to go ahead with this and the goal is to get Level 3 certification. BbyB has chalked out a 9-month plan that should result in us getting certified at Level 3. Once we get to Level 3, we then have another similar exercise to attain the highest level of CMMI Level 5. As with our ISO certification, Jayaraj will be leading this exercise as well. I would request all of you to cooperate with him to ensure that we do get this certification.

February also saw John Hart (Senior Partner, Baum Hart and Partners) come to Bangalore. He was primarily here to discuss his current baby pFACT with the pFACT team. As all of you have been aware pFACT has been growing from strength to strength and has added on 3-4 new clients in the last month. John was mentioning that the success rate of demo converting to sale is over 90.0 %! Today, Chris Reed, (Partner, Baum Hart and Partners) is coming over to visit the MeSALS team to discuss the current version and the brand new Version 4.

StaffBank has also had a hectic month in February. This is because NHSP North is going live in early March and there was tons of data prep to do, as we will be taking over a site that was using another system and was functioning for the last 4 or more years.

Let me welcome all the new staff that have joined in the last month – Hema, Esha, Ajmal and Divya.

Regards,
Raghu.
